The living room boasts a stunning view of the Negrelli Viaduct, which was the longest bridge in Europe until 1910, along with meticulously restored original wooden ceiling beams. The apartment, carefully revived by international artists, features refined aesthetics, including a custom kitchen with Gaggenau appliances.

Bedroom

The bedroom is accessed through a dressing room and has its own enclosed shower area and a freestanding bathtub. Everything is complemented by details, especially the stone cladding and flooring made of real Carrara marble, along with original glued sinks also made from Carrara marble. The complete bedroom furnishings consist of furniture from brands such as Natuzzi Italia, Cappellini, Bontempi, Flos, and others.

Office | Conference room

The apartment also includes an office, that can simultaneously serve as a conference room. Access to this room does not disrupt the privacy of the other parts of the apartment. The office features a technical room with a shower area equipped with a Gaggenau washing machine and dryer.
